Welcome to Sustainably Offgrid. The website located at https://sustainablyoffgrid.com/ (the “Site”) is operated by Sustainably Offgrid, a business of AMH Design Limited (“Sustainably Offgrid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including its articles, guides, state and province overviews, checklists, newsletters, downloads, comments and other materials. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Sustainably Offgrid is an informational website that publishes content about off-grid living, homesteading, gardening, off-grid homes and cabins, solar and backup power, water systems and related lifestyle topics.

Informational Content Only

Content on Sustainably Offgrid is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, real-estate, engineering, electrical, plumbing, building, medical, veterinary or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sustainably Offgrid, AMH Design Limited and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your User Content or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Termination or Access Restriction

We may, in our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, suspend, restrict or end your access to the Site, your commenting privileges or any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or used the Site unlawfully.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that you may have under mandatory laws that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
